Our Products
Launch products focus on supporting R&D, Clinical and Commercial Labs - and building up a comprehensive eProfile library of all organisms, biomolecules, and chemicals.
Creating, for the first time, an all electronic databank of organisms, we invite researchers from all over the world to participate in electronic profiling of organisms in the eGenome Project.
eProfiler 'L' - for bio-research Labs
[Available] This small desktop 'L' device electronically identifies purified samples (DNA, RNA, proteins, pure microbial or cell cultures) using single use sensors. The electronic measurement takes 5 minutes with low direct costs and high accuracy - both in terms of reproducibility and comparability. The testing device is controlled by the lab operator using the TesterAPP running on a local lab PC or tablet. Test data collected by the TesterAPP is sent to the eProfiler Cloud Service for analysis and matching to the bio-material eProfile Library. An initial library of eProfiles will focus on cell therapies and selected diseases. We welcome R&D Partners to expand our bio-material eProfile library.
[Work-in-progress] A growing number of in-market Electrometers are also being enabled to work with eProfiler's Tester APP and via a proprietary eProfiler cable that connects an Electrometer to eProfiler's single use sensors for 'L'
eProfiler 'S' - for Electrochemical research Labs
[Coming soon - six months] This small 'S' desktop device electronically identifies the presence and concentration of chemicals using single use sensors. The electronic measurement takes 5 minutes with low direct costs and high accuracy - both in terms of reproducibility and comparability. The testing device is controlled by the lab operator using the TesterAPP running on a local lab PC or tablet. Test data collected by the TesterAPP is sent to the eProfiler Cloud Service for analysis and matching to the eProfile Library. An initial library of eProfiles will focus on metals and compounds found as water polutants and trace elements in sweat such as glucose. We welcome R&D Partners to expand our chemical eProfile library.
[Coming soon 3-4 months] A range of in market Potentiostats are also being enabled to work with eProfiler's Tester APP and via a proprietary eProfiler cable that connects a Potentiostat to eProfiler's single-use sensors for 'S'.
eProfiler TesterAPP
The TesterAPP is downloaded and installed on a lab PC or tablet designated for the eProfiler Device. The lab PC/Tablet is connected to the eProfiler 'L' or 'S' device or existing Electrometer or Potentiostat using a USB cable. This APP establishes a unique test ID (ID of Device + Timestamp), runs the test and sends the test data to the eProfiler Cloud Service. The Tester APP holds no personally identifiable data and passes no such data to the eProfiler Cloud Service.
eProfiler Cloud Service
The eProfiler Cloud Service processes the test data of a given test to create a Test Result which is recorded in eProfiler's database. This test result can then be reviewed and adjusted for problem replicates and/or blank measurements of sample solutions - with a full history stored against the unique test ID. . Results can be matched against its eProfiler's library of eProfiles using powerful statistical routines - with results stored against all related unique test IDs. As new biomaterial and chemical eProfiles are added to the library, test results can be rerun against these new eProfiles to add to the results against a given test. eProfiler Cloud Services can see all test results and the trajectory of results, such as infections.
eProfiler Research Planning Tool
[Roadmap] The consistent analysis of data produced by eProfiler’s standardised sensors and measurement devices provides the foundation for a data driven transformation of major parts of scientific research.
This transformation is built on and further enabled by eProfiler’s Research Planning Tool. This tool enables a PI (Principal Investigator) to plan their research process and link this to multiple devices, labs, locations and organisations. The output is a dynamic Test Plan that guides testing and records analysed results within the context of this plan - and enables downstream test requirements to be amended based on the results of upstream test results. The latest version of a Test Plan will have an associated estimate of testing costs and an estimate of the likely statistical strength of resulting research based on numbers of sample lines and replicates.
